Mission Statement

The Manchester Rod and Gun Club, Inc., is a private organization serving the greater Manchester VT community for the purpose of fostering the shooting and outdoor nature sports.  As the Club is a private organization membership is acquired by application and acceptance by the membership through casting ballots.

The Manchester Rod and Gun Club is a National Rifle Association (NRA) affiliated club.  We encourage all our members to become NRA members.

Primitive Biathlon Report

The Manchester Rod and Gun club Southern Vermont Primitive Biathlon held on Feb 11/12, 2012 was a huge success with participants from 17 states.  We wish to thank all the participants and especially the volunteers. 

With wish to thank the Severence Family for making the Primitive Biathlon possible.  Thank you very much.

Money raised in the Primitive Biathlon is available for scholarships to the Green Mountain Conservation Camp. For information and applications see below.
